It has definitely been quiet around here blogging wise ~ somehow I wonder how it can be that almost a month has gone by since I last posted! Are you enjoying this joyous season so far?
I have been working on a couple of gifts ~
A fabric covered notebook and matching pen ~ I found this tutorial last year and it is one of my favorite things to make for gifts!
And this is a tutorial that I found recently. I think this little bath mitt is so cute! I’ve added some bar soap to go along with it, but there are probably lots of possibilities for gift giving with this. It is a quick project too, which is especially nice.

Thank you, Jayne! It’s a joy to visit with you! It is so fun to create. My youngest daughter, who we homeschool, is going to do a knitting class next semester and I am going to try learning right along with her. Hopefully a new skill for me too in the new year.
