Tea time cards

tea-time-cards-006I saw the instructions to make these little tea holder cards at Home Living!  What a lovely idea!  I love to send little things in the mail and these were so fun to make! I am going to write a letter to send along with each one and look forward to putting them in the mail!  I hope it will be a sweet surprise to brighten up the day of those who receive them!

I hope you are enjoying the sweetest of days!

  1. Terri,

I never thought of using them for a luncheon or tea! What a great idea! They would look so cute at each person’s plate! Maybe it’s something you can do next time you have something like that ~ it’s fun because there are so many possibilities for decorating them!

I hope you have a wonderful luncheon tomorrow!

    Blessings to you,

    Sharon

  2. How lovely! I remember making something similar for a Ladies Autumnal Evening. We made little teabag envelopes with Scriptures on them and put an apple and cinnamon teabag in each one. We put them in a basket and each lady was able to choose one to take home at the end of the evening.

    love, Tina xx

  6. Dear Pam,

The hardest part for me is coming up with the ideas ~ so I was excited to see these at Home Living. They were easy and fun to make. I put them in the mail this morning. I really enjoy that part ~ mailing them off!

I hope you have a blessed day,

  7. Dear Teri ~

I have seen cards with teabags in them at the store for purchase and I loved that idea ~ so it was fun to find a homemade version of that! There are just so many possibilities for decorating them. I loved the idea of adding a scripture verse on them like Tina mentioned. Next time I make some I want to be sure and add that.

I hope you are having a lovely and simple day,

    Sharon
