Fall delights

Hello & Happy Fall!

Although I was sorry to see the summer leave ~ fall truly is filled with so many delights!

It is a rainy rainy day here today and the perfect day for trying out a new recipe!

Yummy and a perfect fall treat!

Our daughter recently brought over a pumpkin syrup that she had made, and added to hot milk, it made a wonderful fall time drink, especially if you love the spices that are highlighted during this season.

Some other fall time delights for me are:

Cozy fires

Mugs of hot tea

Hot cocoa

Changing leaves

Being snug at home

Candy corn

Crunchy leaves

Craft fairs

Visiting a farm

In addition to the scones today, and the pumpkin syrup, we have already had pumpkin muffins, Amish pumpkin bread, pumpkin bars and pumpkin pie.  My husband loves pumpkin things! 😉

I would love to hear about the fall happenings at your house!
